Atlanta Department of Transportation General Engineering Services Bench Contract
Niti Systems team is supporting The City of Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) with a multi-year General Engineering Services bench contract. Our team will be supporting ATLDOT with planning, design, construction, and maintenance of the City of Atlanta’s surface transportation system, to include – roadways, sidewalks, LIT lanes, minor storm drainage, and bridges. ATLDOT plans to place a premium on safe streets to support future urbanization of the city. This includes pedestrian enhancements, modifications for transit and micro-mobility expansion, smart vehicle corridor expansion. We will help ATODOT overcome challenges for areas where the cost of right of way and utilities make a traditional approach to transportation improvement difficult and potentially infeasible in order to support economic growth. The scope of services include:

MARTA Facilities Management Contract
Niti Systems team is supporting the Capital Programs Delivery of MARTA by providing professional consulting services as Project Manager for Department of Facilities Management and Building & Support Equipment. Our team is responsible to conduct design reviews, specification and procurement, project and contract management, system safety and security certification, threat and vulnerability analysis, safety management systems, risk hazard analysis and customer service for transit system facilities, equipment, and infrastructure assets. We support MARTA with the following construction activities:

WMATA PM/CM – Project Management and Quality Assurance
Niti Systems consultants helped WMATA with initiatives on multiple contracts such as Project Management, Quality Assurance and Internal Compliance Oversight, and Systems GEC contract. Jignesh was instrumental in supporting the prime contractor with a large team of consultants specializing in the areas of Project Management, Documentation Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering Support, Cost Estimation, Supply Chain Management SME, Performance Management, and Branding Support.
CTA PM/CM LIQ
Niti Systems is supporting CTA with Construction Management/Owner’s Representative (CM/OR) services to support the delivery of Infrastructure projects for CTA’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) throughout the CTA system. The scope involves a wide variety of projects related to the repair, maintenance and renovation of the CTA’s existing infrastructure including Project Controls, Project/Program Management, Engineering Services, Design Services, Systems Engineering Support, Procurement Support, Construction Management and Contracts Management.
