Technology Integration and Cloud Computing

SEPTA was one of the first major agencies to implement an Account Based and Open Payments based Fare Payment system in the country. Before starting Niti Systems, our founder Jignesh Patel provided systems engineering and technology advisory services to SEPTA for their New Payments Technologies project. As part of this assessment, we provided a future roadmap including a Technology Plan and a Staffing Plan. Jignesh and team also performed an in-depth technology assessment for the existing enterprise systems at SEPTA to provide tailored integration and data migration and integration blueprint with the future Fare Payment system.

Niti Systems Consultants supported Long Beach Transit (LBT)with a Technology Governance and IT Strategic Roadmap effort. This effort involved an in-depth assessment of LBT’s IT Infrastructure, including their Enterprise Systems, Integration Needs, Existing Business Processes, Data Quality, Infrastructure Security Measures, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Setup, and OrganizationalSetup. A key focus for this initiative was to review the integration between various enterprise systems and provide recommendations for improving the integration between these systems. Niti team the integration capabilities of individual systems, along with their Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to provide tailoredrecommendations for seamless integration between these systems. This included development of specific use cases for integration, identification of specific APIs, the input/output parameters and integration mechanism.
